3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery: 4.99$
  • Express Delivery: 8.99
  • International Delivery: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed clearly at checkout before finalizing your order.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may:
  • Leave a delivery notice with further instructions.
  • Attempt redelivery on the next business day.
  • After two failed attempts, your package may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, defects, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the package and item(s) to assist in resolving the issue quickly.
  • We will either replace the item(s) or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, some delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier operational delays
  • Customs clearance for international orders

9. Incorrect Shipping Information
